A nightmare without notice

After a long drive, we arrived, only to discover the hotel had moved us! The suggestion to relocate was a mercy, but the second location was only marginally better!

Unfortunately, the new room was poorly maintained—ripped sheets and a foul odor filled the air.

Recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable room, convenient location, with essential amenities like wi-fi and a flat-screen tv making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the city. It's just a 5-minute walk from the metro station.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We loved visiting Dumbo Terminal and South Street Seaport. The location is perfect for exploring local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. I recommend this spot for anyone looking to have fun while being close to notable sights.

We did face a little inconvenience with the Wi-Fi being slow during our stay, which was annoying when trying to plan our day.

We had a rough start when we were moved unexpectedly to a different location, but the room was surprisingly cozy once we settled in. The top-notch pool area and the game room provided some much-needed relaxation for my kids. One downside was the outdated furniture, but overall, we enjoyed our stay! 😊

Great location next to the metro and the JFK transit train, and the room was clean and modern. Really enjoyed the 24-hour coffee shop nearby!

Unfortunately, the room conditions left much to be desired. sheets had rips, and there were spider webs on the lamps. The bathroom door handle came off, and the walls of the tub bore unsightly stains that raised cleanliness concerns. Additionally, some might find the overall ambiance a bit unsettling, especially given the visible signs of neglect.

The hotel is conveniently located near Dumbo Terminal and South Street Seaport, making it easy to explore the city with my family. We appreciated the comfortable double room with two double beds and a sofa bed, which easily accommodated us all.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness definitely needed improvement for families with children. It wasn't the best environment to stay in with little ones.

the location of ninety five, jfk airport is super convenient for travelers. it's just a quick ride to the airport. i appreciated having a room that suited my family well. the staff was friendly and accommodating despite the issues.

disappointing experience but decent staff

The staff were helpful in navigating the unexpected move to another property. Additionally, the shuttle service offered to nearby attractions was convenient for our family.

The relocation due to the fire notification was frustrating.

Beware, Unsanitary Conditions and Poor Service

We traveled three hours only to find a filthy room with ripped sheets and spider webs. Our children were stressed, and the lack of compassion from staff was heartbreaking.
